How the 14 weeks work
The heart of the program is the Virtual Training Session (VTS) experience: fourteen weekly sessions that carry you through the foundations of ministry, from biblical grounding to practical application. Each session is designed to teach clearly, encourage genuinely, and keep you moving forward with accountability.
Alongside the sessions, structured progress check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days help you reflect on growth, identify challenges, request support, and set your next steps. Together, the sessions and check-ins create a rhythm of learning, practice, and reflection.
Who supports you
Students are supported through group coaching and training, the God's Way Movement community, and ministry-development guidance provided through the program. The experience is participatory: what you put in shapes what you gain.
Completion and next steps
Completing GWSOM is a meaningful ministry-training milestone. From there, qualified graduates may request consideration for licensing or ordination, an individually reviewed process that is separate from course completion.
