A school for the Word and the calling
God's Way School of Ministry (GWSOM) is a focused, faith-centered training program that helps believers deepen their understanding of God's Word, strengthen their biblical foundation, and prepare to serve faithfully in ministry. It is designed for real people with real callings, from those just sensing God's leading to those already serving and seeking to grow.
Why biblical preparation matters
A sincere calling deserves a strong foundation. Preparation does not replace the work of God in a person's life; it honors it. GWSOM is built on the conviction that faithful ministry flows from a heart shaped by Scripture, sound understanding, and practical readiness to serve others well.
Part of The God's Way Movement
GWSOM belongs to the wider God's Way Movement, operated by Course and Coaching LLC dba The God's Way Movement. It shares the same commitment to biblical integrity, excellence, and genuine care for the people it serves, while focusing specifically on ministry formation and development.
The philosophy: Learn the Word. Live the Calling.
Our name says our aim. First, learn the Word: build a deep, durable understanding of Scripture and biblical principles. Then, live the calling: carry that understanding into faithful, practical, everyday ministry. The two belong together, and GWSOM is designed to help you hold them together.
