FAQ | God's Way School of Ministry

God's Way School of Ministry (GWSOM) is a faith-centered, 14-week ministry-training program that helps believers deepen their understanding of God's Word, strengthen their biblical foundation, and prepare to serve faithfully in their calling.

GWSOM is for people at many stages: those who feel called but haven't started, current ministry volunteers and leaders, pastors, teachers, evangelists, and anyone preparing to launch or strengthen a ministry or seeking deeper biblical training.

The core experience runs across 14 weeks of Virtual Training Sessions, with structured progress check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days.

Yes. GWSOM is delivered through a virtual training experience so you can participate wherever you are.

Virtual Training Sessions (VTS) are the weekly sessions at the heart of the program, designed for biblical teaching, encouragement, accountability, and practical ministry preparation.

After enrolling, you begin your 14-week training journey through the Virtual Training Sessions, supported by the God's Way Movement community and progress check-ins along the way.

They are structured moments to reflect on your growth, identify challenges, request support, set action steps, receive encouragement, and submit prayer requests where applicable.

No. Completing GWSOM is a ministry-training milestone and does not automatically result in licensing or ordination. Qualified graduates may request consideration, and each request is reviewed individually as a separate matter.

You can book a GWSOM strategy call with our team to ask questions and discern whether the program is the right fit for you.
