A calling alone doesn't provide the roadmap.

Many believers know they are called to serve but still need practical preparation for leadership, ministry operations, outreach, discipleship, administration and actually building or strengthening ministry.

For Pastors & Churches

PASTORS!Let Us Help You Equip Your Ministers and Ministry

Pastors carry responsibility for numerous ministries, leaders and departments -- and shouldn't have to create every training system from scratch.

God's Way School of Ministry provides a centralized, Word-based ministry-training system churches can use to help equip leaders, workers and those called to serve.

It draws from Dr. Dennis West's 25 years of ministry experience, including approximately 20 years as a Senior Pastor -- combining biblical foundation with practical ministry experience.

Let GWSOM serve as a trusted resource to help you train, equip and develop ministry workers while strengthening your local church.
